Now, we at Real Gone Music are proud to present on bluray DVD one of The Alan Parsons Project’s greatest albums, the muliti-layered masterpiece Eye in the Sky.
The group’s sixth studio album, Eye in the Sky was written by Eric Woolfson (who passed December 2, 2009) and Alan Parsons. A conceptual musical meditation on a variety of belief systems—the album’s title refers to casino surveillance, earth-circling satellites, and the all- seeing eye of the Egyptian God Horus—Eye in the Sky has proved both timely and timeless, a remarkably prescient view of art, religion, politics, and culture for the 21st century.
Originally released as part of the 35th Anniversary Boxset (released worldwide in December 2017), the 5.1 Surround Sound mix was engineered by Alan Parsons in April 2017 at Capitol Studios LA and is an auditory experience like no other.
